We are delighted to offer our customers free delivery on all orders Australia-wide.

Express Post delivery is also available for an additional fee of $5.95 and this can be selected at the checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver Australia-wide to all street addresses and PO boxes.
At this time, we do not deliver to international addresses. 

How will my order be delivered?

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. We want to be sure your parcel arrives safely so we require a signature on all deliveries. If no one is available to take receipt of the parcel, Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox to let you know that the parcel will be waiting for you to collect at your convenience from the stated postal outlet.

Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly to ensure the speedy arrival of your order.

Can I track the progress of my delivery?

Tracking information will be sent to you via email by close of business on the day of dispatch so that you can monitor your parcel’s progress. Simply visit the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are dispatched on the business day following payment clearance.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

We are happy to offer replacement products free of charge should your order be lost or arrive damaged. If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement product to be sent to you.

If you feel your order may be lost, please check your order confirmation to ensure the correct delivery address details have been provided and allow 10 business days from dispatch of your order before informing us of non-delivery. We can then arrange for replacement products to be sent to you.

Can I pick up my parcel?

Please note that orders cannot be collected from our warehouse or salon.
